All products from our Bargain Leather Gear division (indicated by the logo on that item's page) are provided on a 30 day satisfaction promise.
If you wish to return a product within 30 days, provided it is in "as new" condition, you may do so for a full refund (less shipping charges).
If a product should prove to be defective within that same time frame, we will reimburse you for the postage to return it to us, and repair or replace (at our option) and return to you at no additional charge.
Not responsible for consequential damage
Leather Creations will not be responsible for consequential damage arising from an otherwise covered issue. Example: One of our padlocks breaks while locked on a restraint which is on someone, and because you don't have bolt cutters you cut the restraint. We will replace the padlock (if it was purchased within 30 days), but the restraint is not covered under any warranty. Ours is a safe and enjoyable form of recreation if we play smart. We cannot be held responsible for lapses in judgement.
